I am writing to compliment Seattle Legal on your messenger work. I have used your service for almost ten years and have had nothing but good results. I have always had prompt, cheerful service. And the main thing is that your messengers have saved me from terrible consequences many times because they check and re-check what I have submitted and if they have any doubts that something is not as it should be-- they have let me know. I cannot count the times that a messenger has kept me from potential disaster by pointing out that I left out documents, etc. (That list could go on and on.)
I work in the Tort Department of a bust law form and have really appreciated the skilled services of Seattle Legal. I sincerely believe that you have trained your staff well.

I just wanted to take an opportunity to thank you for all the great work you and your messengers and staff have done for us over the past few years. I know that when we began using your services it was on a trial basis, but you have all shown yourselves to be extremely reliable and professional and I hope to continue this business relationship. It is especially appreciated in this office that, if on the rare occasion you know you will not be able to complete a delivery die to time constraints, you and your staff let us know instead of attempting it, only to be unable to follow through. That was a problem we were having with our previous service and it is nice to know that when you say you'll get a job done, that you will do just that.

After utilizing your services for over 10 years, it's time I was official in singing your praises. I really can't say enough in your behalf, and should that sound overly-glorifying, in my years of working in law firms that have used almost every messenger service in the Seattle area, Seattle Legal is the only one that has never missed a filing or delivery deadline, has been successful in every service of process, and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate the needs of its clients. I have found you totally reliable in any situation. You go out of your way to service your clients, and do it as a matter of course. Seattle Legal does not make hollow promises it can't keep just to get business, which I have found to be the case with other messenger services. Seattle Legal messengers are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent, and I understand many can count their time in your employ in terms of years rather than months. This in itself speaks volumes.
I have worked in the past for litigation attorneys and found your messengers well-versed in the filing rules for each court. When I had a filing question, someone could always be counted on for either knowing the answer or knowing where to find it. Because your messengers always reviewed my filing documents before they left our office, if something was incorrect or overlooked, (such as a check for the filing fee!), he or she caught the error, and more than once saved me from an embarrassing mistake. When it was down to the line time-wise, even when I called in a panic at 4:15 because I had a filing that needed to be made by 4:30, somehow you always managed to get it there. I don't know how many times I looked up when the messenger came in, and it was your prior owner Dave Galway himself, who was jumping in to lend a helping hand in a pinch.
Seattle Legal knows its clients' needs and takes care of them in a professional yet personal manner that makes each client feel as though it is receiving preferred service. However, this preferred service is the norm for Seattle Legal. When I use Seattle Legal, I know I'm working with a messenger service this is professional and totally reliable-- one that is always there to serve my needs in a responsible and competent manner. I have used Seattle Legal for our messenger needs for the past nine years and during that time, I have been consistently impressed by the quality of service they provide. They are quick, courteous, and often go beyond the call of duty to complete difficult filings or services. I have found their messengers to be knowledgeable about most legal documents and rules so most errors are caught before documents leave my office.
